PAYMENT TERMS

Orders must be paid by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, App pay unless specified differently. To cover credit card processing costs, a 3% fee will be applied to all types of credit cards. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks due to insufficient funds. Sales tax will apply to orders picked up at our location. If you have a sales tax exemption, we must receive your exemption form before processing your order, as we cannot refund tax on orders processed before receiving the exemption.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Orders should specify the quantity and part number, as well as the customer's name, billing and shipping address if different, zip code, and phone number. For credit card payments, please provide the card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Hedgecock Racing Enterprises, Inc. will repair or replace any products found to be defective in original materials or workmanship, beyond normal wear, within 6 months of purchase by the original purchaser. However, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by defects in Hedgecock Racing Enterprises Inc products. This includes incidental or consequential damages resulting from breach of warranty, negligence, or any other cause. Hedgecock Racing Enterprises racing chassis products are not intended or approved for street use. Purchasing or using our products implies acceptance of this warranty and disclaimer.

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required for all new car orders. Deposits are refundable only for future orders or parts. Special or custom orders may require larger deposits, staged payments, or full prepayment.

PARTS PICKUP

Hedgecock Racing Enterprises is open 8:00 AM -5:00 PM Monday – Thursday and 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Fridays. Parts can be picked up at any time during normal business hours. Special arrangements can be made outside normal business hours with advance notice.

CHASSIS REPAIR

Contact Hedgecock Racing Enterprise (336) 887-4221 to schedule drop off time and discuss what parts should be removed before repairs or modifications are made to your chassis. Hedgecock Racing is equipped to repair or modify any other chassis builder’s components.
