Our History

Jay Hedgecock established his company in 1983, and today, Hedgecock Racing is recognized as a leading name in stock car manufacturing. For more than four decades, we have remained dedicated to the racing industry, specializing in CARS Tour, and weekly NASCAR late model and modified racing.

For more than 40 years, we have taken pride in crafting high-quality chassis without compromising on quality or safety. Our chassis have supported legendary drivers such as Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt Sr., as well as today's elite racers, with a focus on providing the safest chassis possible.

Precision Through CAD Design

All enhancements are developed with our advanced CAD design system, ensuring precision, strength, and performance. From championship-winning race cars to custom cabinets, accessories, and one-of-a-kind sheet metal fabrication, every product is engineered and built with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Race Preparation and Track Support

Our rental programs begin in the race shop, where we use the pull-down rig to establish the best track configuration. Preparation continues through practice sessions and race day with our comprehensive data acquisition system, helping our team evaluate performance throughout the racing experience.

An Experienced Parts Department

Our well-stocked parts department is overseen by Brian Morgan, a seasoned professional in the performance industry with more than 30 years of racing experience. If we don't have the part you need, Brian can find it or have it fabricated so you can get back on the track.

Custom Fabrication Division

We have broadened our services by establishing a custom metal fabrication division as well as offering race car trailer updates. If it can be created from metal, we can make it.
